WhatsApp Messenger Integration in Your App

Integrating WhatsApp Messenger into your app allows merchants to communicate with customers seamlessly. This integration enables customers to send and receive messages via WhatsApp.

How it works?

  • Merchant Setup:

    • The merchant navigates to the Integration Page.

    • They enter their WhatsApp Business Number and save the details.

  • Activation & Usage:

    • Once the number is saved, the integration activates.

    • The merchant can now receive messages in WhatsApp as customers can directly message to the merchant.
