CreditsYard is a Shopify application designed to help merchants manage store credits effectively, facilitating processes like refunds, exchanges, and customer rewards.

How to Use CreditsYard?

  • Issuing Store Credit:

    • Manual Adjustment: Navigate to the customer's profile within the CreditsYard app to add or deduct store credit. You can specify the amount and reason for the adjustment.

    • Bulk Import: Utilize the CSV import feature to adjust credits for multiple customers simultaneously.

    • Automations & Cashback: Set up automated cashback rewards for customers upon placing orders, encouraging repeat purchases.

  • Customer Redemption:

    • Customers can apply their store credit during the checkout process, reducing the payable amount by their available credit balance.​

  • Notifications:

    • Configure email notifications to inform customers about credit adjustments, ensuring transparency and engagement.

Integrating CreditsYard into Mobile App

CreditsYard offers a custom API, providing flexibility to integrate its functionalities into external applications, such as your mobile builder app. Here's how you can proceed:​

  1. Obtain API Credentials:

    • In the CreditsYard app, click the plus (+) icon next to your profile at the top right corner.​

    • Select "Custom API" to access your API credentials.

    • Navigateto the integration page and select CreditYard.

    • Fill the required inputs and save it.

    • Once saved, the features you enabled will work in the mobile app.
