How to give access of developer account

1. Apple Developer Account:

Add a User to Your Apple Developer Account

  1. Log in to Apple Developer Account:

  2. Navigate to App Store Connect:

    • Once logged in, click on "App Store Connect."

  3. Go to Users and Access:

    • In the App Store Connect dashboard, select the "Users and Access" option.

  4. Add a New User:

    • Click the plus (+) button in the top-left corner of the Users and Access page.

    • Enter the user’s first name, last name, and email address (the email should be associated with their Apple ID).

    • Assign roles depending on the level of access the person needs. Common roles include:

      • App Manager: Can manage apps (create, update, delete).

      • Admin: Has full access to all features and services.

      • Marketing: Limited access for app promotion and reporting.

  5. Set Access Permissions:

    • You can enable access to developer resources, such as Xcode Cloud and TestFlight, based on the roles you assign.

    • Toggle on any additional access the person may need, such as Finance or App Analytics.

  6. Send Invite:

    • Click "Invite." The user will receive an email inviting them to join the account.


2. Google Play Developer Account:

Add a User to Your Google Play Console Account

  1. Log in to Google Play Console:

    • Go to Google Play Console and log in using your Google account.

  2. Go to User Management:

    • In the Google Play Console dashboard, select "Settings" (gear icon in the left-hand menu).

    • Under "Settings," choose "Users and Permissions."

  3. Invite a New User:

    • Click the "Invite New User" button in the top-right corner.

    • Enter the user's email address and assign the role and permissions:

      • Admin: Full access to all functions.

      • Release Manager: Manage app releases.

      • View permissions: View-only access to apps and data.

  4. Set Access Permissions:

    • Choose which permissions the user should have. If you want them to have access to specific apps, you can limit their access to only those apps.

    • For broader control, select "Account permissions" to grant general permissions like "Manage users" or "View financial data."

  5. Send Invitation:

    • Click "Invite." The user will receive an email with instructions on accepting the invitation.
